ABOUT Chef Shanita Castle 

President and CEO, Shanita M. Castle, born and raised in LaPlace, Louisiana was inspired in her youth by the Creole and French cuisine.  She later ventured to Atlanta, Georgia where she studied Biology at Spelman College.  Shortly after, she moved to Los Angeles where Castle's Catering was born.  During this time in LA she has taken her catering business from a small boutique company to a full service culinary powerhouse that now services large scale events, festivals, conferences, and premieres NATIONALLY.

Her undeniable passion for health, food, and people gave birth to what is known today as Castle's Catering, LLC! 

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

Castle's Catering, LLC was founded in August of 2010 in Los Angeles, California.  In 2022, we expanded to the Atlanta, Georgia market which is near and dear to our hearts.  Since then Castle's Catering has gone from a local full service catering company to a NATIONAL culinary production company that specializes in experiences including but not limited to food and beverage logistics, catering, and vendor referrals. 

The goals of the company are to provide clients with effective and efficient service and a memorable experience with every encounter. We specialize in Southern and Creole cuisine, but have experienced chefs in variety of types of cuisine including but not limited to Vegan, American, Italian, French, Asian, and Mexican cuisines.  The flavors of Castle's Catering are bold, unique, and always leave a lasting memory on the taste buds.

The Castle's Team not only brings bold flavors and production power, we always have a way of filling the room with a little Southern hospitality.   The future of Castle's Catering, LLC is continue to provide amazing service to our Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA markets while growing in other major nationals markets (New Orleans, Houston, Chicago, DC, NYC, Nashville, etc) .
